Since 2006, our management has invested in, developed or managed over 60 properties in major German cities, with a total volume of over €2.8 billion.

Thomas Ostermann
CEO
Before founding our impaQt GmbH, Thomas Ostermann was COO of GSG Berlin, where he was responsible for an office and commercial space portfolio of around 1 million square meters. Prior to that, he was managing director of the CELLS Group, with nationwide investments, developments and management projects worth over €1 billion – including office properties, hotels, local shopping centers and mixed-use neighbourhoods. He began his career at a listed property portfolio company, where he worked for over nine years. Most recently, he was responsible for the asset management of a Germany-wide office portfolio as an authorised signatory.
